Goede Herder Leuven has many rooms of different sizes, with or without shower. These tidy, contemporary rooms offer a quiet refuge.

Every corridor has adequate sanitary facilities that are kept spotlessly clean by our maintenance personnel.

Prices range between € 205,00 for the smallest rooms to € 645,00 for large rooms. Some of the rooms have individual showers. Each room is equipped with a bed, mattress, desk, desk chair, floor standing or desk lamp.

General costs are set at € 650,00 for the entire acamemic year (rental period: 12 months) and cover utility costs (water, electricity) and maintenance of communal areas. The community tax of € 75,00 and the share of € 20,00 for the fire insurace are included.

The deposit amounts to 2 months' rent and will be refunded in its entirety at the end of the rental period, providing the room is still in its original condition.

Corridors have been given names of famous painters (Ensor, Monet, Renoir, Da Vinci, ...) and link together into a small community. Students are not mere 'numbers' - we do our utmost to ensure that it really feels like home. Students have to be relaxed and feel at home at any time of the year.

Our 'Household Rules and Regulations' are updated to current requirements every year. Students agree to abide by these rules when signing the rental agreement. Our residence manager ensures that everything runs smoothly and correctly.
