They vary in price from € 460,00 for a studio for 1 to € 800,00 for large, luxury studios for 2. General costs for a studio for one are set at € 720,00 per annum; € 75,00 for community tax and a € 20,00 share for the fire insurance included. Kotnet (student Internet) is included in the annual expenses.

All our studios are equipped with a bed, mattress, desk, desk chair, wardrobe and lighting, and a neat kitchen. The quality finish bathrooms are equipped with (one or two) basin(s), a shower and toilet.

The larger units will easily accommodate 2 people, i.e. they are ideal for couples or brother and sister arrangements.
This is reflected in the amount of general costs (€ 1.190,00 which includes community taxes and the supplement for fire insurance).
